Mark Finn

Mark Finn is a Chartered Engineer and General Manager at FEC International, based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia since 2011. With over 30 years of regional experience in fire protection, life safety engineering, project and contract management, and negotiation, Mark holds an MSc and BSc (Hons) in Fire Safety Engineering. He is accredited by the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE), the Institution of Engineers of Ireland (IEI), and the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

His expertise spans various industries, including industrial, built environment, power generation, desalination, oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, and transportation. Mark is experienced in implementing Building Codes and NFPA standards in Saudi Arabia, improving fire safety compliance through fire risk assessments, concept and detailed engineering design packages, certification of design submissions for code adherence, and offering practical expertise throughout the design, construction, installation, and commissioning phases of a project.
