Two weeks to go!

The Fire Middle East Conference is now right around the corner. If you haven’t seen it, we’ve recently put the main agenda for the event on the front page of our website. In this article, we’ll deep dive into what you can expect from this ground-breaking conference.

Our moderator, Bob Rea QFSM, will take to the stage around 9:00 AM GST, welcoming people into the room and introducing them to the topics of the day. Here, Bob will inform about the status of the fire and safety industries, describing the bigger picture, and how these industries will be changing with the new wave of technologies, and to align with the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative.

Immediately following Bob’s introduction, we’ll be joined by our first keynote speaker, from Abu Dhabi Civil Defense, who will give a brief description of his role and set the stage for the rest of the conference, by delivering key renowned insights.

The day will have multiple panel discussions after this, discussing safety and compliance regulations, best practices and more.

Each panel discussion will feature a moderator, and 2-4 experts coming on stage, there, they will be asked questions vetted by the Fire Middle East Team, designed to challenge them and allow them to educate the audience on important topics.

After keynote speeches and panel discussions, we’ll have a “Fire and Safety Deepdive”, reminiscent of a TED-Style talk, a 10-15 minute presentation, in which, a speaker will dive particularly into one story, product, or part of their history. These are designed to be engaging and to highlight important experiences which are had by members of our industry.

Following these deep dives, moderated panel discussions and keynote speeches, we will have one final closing keynote speech, which will then pass back to Bob.

The goal of our conference is to educate a high-level audience and share the information required to align with the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative. Through our curated agenda, and through the passionate audience, speakers and panellists who are already registered to attend, we will exceed these goals, and deliver a conference truly industry-defining.
